We are a physician led organization, started out of a desire to improve healthcare for our LGBTQ patient and improve knowledge among our affirming providers.  

What We Do:
We are an organization to help educate providers in LGBTQ healthcare, and connect patients to local resources in Northeast Indiana. ​
