Christina Tatara, DO (she/her/hers)
Dr. Tatara is a Family Medicine physician with Lutheran Health Physicians. She is a native of Fort Wayne and graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Fort Wayne and is dual boarded certified by the ABFM and ABOFP. As an ally and advocate for the LGBTQ community and a member of WPATH, she strives to create a welcoming environment for all her patients. |

Brian LaMar, MD (he/him/his)
Dr. LaMar is a Family Physician with Lutheran Health Physician in Fort Wayne. He completed his residency locally with Fort Wayne Medical Education Program after graduating from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. LaMar enjoys working and providing care to all populations without the Fort Wayne Coummunity. As a self-identifying member of the LGBTQ community, Dr. LaMar is excited to be a part of this Coalition to better provide access to quality healthcare for LGBTQ patient in Fort Wayne as well as the surrounding communities. |

Eric Shoemaker, DO (he/him/his)
Dr. Shoemaker is a local physician with Alliance Health Centers. He went to the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by Residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. He is dually board certified in Family Medicine by the ABFM and AOBFP. As a member of the LGBTQ community, he is passionate about improving care in Fort Wayne. |
